Christina Pasanen is the Director of Talent at GGV Capital. She is passionate about building high-performing leadership teams and supporting portfolio companies across the employee lifecycle.
Prior to GGV, Christina was at Uber where she worked across a variety of talent acquisition functions, including executive talent and ultimately leading the sourcing team for EMEA.
Christina began her career in the CEO and board practice at Heidrick & Struggles in New York City. Christina graduated with a B.S. from George Washington University and earned a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Amsterdam.
