Jolanda Zhao joined GGV Capital in 2019, based in the Beijing office. She leads talent operations and senior executive recruitment for GGV portfolio companies in China. With more than 10 years of executive search experience, Jolanda has deep expertise in people assessment, executive engagement, and recruitment consulting in China’s TMT sector.
Prior to joining GGV, Jolanda supported senior executive search for the industrial and TMT practice in China Region at Spencer Stuart, one of the top executive search firms. Jolanda received a B.A. in Law from Southwest Minzu University.
